交叉分析結果發現,受訪企業於最近一年錄用過應屆畢業生的比例,會因受訪企業行業別、員工數與公司所在地的不同而有顯著差異。行業別方面,「住宿及餐飲業」(92.73%)於最近一年有錄用過應屆畢業生的比例,明顯高於「營建工程業」(58.06%);員工數方面,公司規模愈大,最近一年有錄用過應屆畢業生的比例愈高;公司所在地方面,「北部地區」(87.83%)於最近一年有錄用過應屆畢業生的比例,明顯高於「東部地區」(56.52%)。詳見表24。

交叉分析結果發現,受訪企業對於新鮮人職場競爭力的滿意度,會因公司行業別與員工人數的不同而有顯著差異。行業別方面,「醫療保健及社會工作服務業」(61.40%)對於新鮮人軟實力滿意度在6分以上的比例,明顯高於「營建工程業」(41.93%);員工數方面,公司規模愈大,認為新鮮人職場競爭力在6分以上的比例愈高。詳見表32。

十二、 受訪企業「找到合適人才的難易程度」交叉分析
交叉分析結果發現,受訪企業認為找到合適人才的難易程度,會因受訪企業行業別、員工數的不同而有顯著差異。在行業別方面,「營建工程業」(35.48%)與「其他服務業」(37.78%)認為「非常不容易」找到合適人才的比例,明顯高於「教育業」(10.42%);在員工數方面,規模愈小的企業,認為「非常不容易」找到合適人才的比例愈高。詳見表35。
